The RIDGID micro CA-300 inspection camera offers an easy way to diagnose and document job site problems. The unit records still images and videos, and integrates audio with a built-in microphone and speaker, providing the ability to record insights and playback problems in hard-to-reach areas.

The micro CA-300 features user-adjustable image rotation and digital zoom to get the perfect view. The unit comes equipped with a rugged, anodized aluminum camera head with four bright LEDs to provide improved lighting. The camera is powered by a rechargeable 3.7V Li-Ion battery that is compatible with the microEXPLORER inspection camera or the unit can be plugged directly into the wall with a dc plugin for an alternate power supply.

The micro CA-300 includes a 4GB SD card that is pre-formatted with an application that provides for easy upload to RIDGIDConnect, an online business tool that allows users to store and share data. The camera also includes a USB port for direct connection to a computer.

“The durable, purpose-built micro CA-300 inspection camera was designed to make a contractor’s job easier and more efficient,” said Sarah Golish, director of inspection systems and diagnostics at RIDGID. “Users can offer in-field validation by showing their customer exactly what and where the problem is.”

The micro CA-300 offers insight into any situation inside or outside a pipe due to the interchangeability with RIDGID SeeSnake reels. It allows the user to interchange the reels for short- or long-reach accessibility depending on the user’s situation or problem. The user can access anything close with just the camera or go as long as 100 ft with the microReel.
