Handheld field device communicator
The AMS Trex Device Communicator enables maintenance technicians to work more efficiently in the field. Advanced device diagnostic tools allow technicians to fix issues when they find them, reducing the trips back to the shop and minimizing any impact on production. Trex eliminates the need for many specialized tools, including resistors, digital volt meters, and loop calibrators. Users can even power the loop directly from the Trex unit to quickly and easily isolate the root cause of any loop issues. Trex also allows users to configure and test valves inline, significantly reducing the need to pull valves for diagnostics.
The 279 FC thermal multimeter integrates a full-featured true RMS (TRMS) digital multimeter (DMM) with a thermal camera in one device to speed troubleshooting. The 279 FC allows technicians to quickly and safely check for hot spots in fuses, wires, insulators, connectors, splices, and switches with the imager and then troubleshoot and analyze issues with the DMM. By combining two powerful test tools into one, electricians and technicians can carry fewer tools and have a higher level of confidence they have the tools handy to solve problems. The thermal multimeter features 15 electrical measurement functions including ac/dc voltage, resistance, continuity, capacitance, diode test, min/max, and frequency.

Plant floor project kiosk
The Infor EAM Maintenance Kiosk is uniquely designed for a large, touchscreen device that would be easy for mechanics and employees to use while on the shop floor. Shop floor workers, unlike those working in an office setting, need project updates brought directly to them to increase efficiency in work. The touch-driven experience brings up details like work assigned, required tools, and more in a single large screen designed to meet the unique needs of the mechanics using the app. The Infor EAM Maintenance Kiosk directly links with other asset management systems in use to provide real time updates for all parties involved.
Small, multipurpose tool
The 35MAX Ultra-Compact Impactool is a small, yet powerful pneumatic tool that technicians and operators can use to quickly loosen or tighten a variety of fasteners in confined spaces. It has a high power-to-weight ratio, a ½-in. square drive and 450 ft-lbs of maximum reverse torque. The Ultra-Compact Impactool has a power regulator and forward/reverse pushbuttons located on the back of the tool so that it can be easily operated in confined areas with one hand. The ergonomic design and unique twin hammer mechanism reduce vibration to give operators better control during use. This tool is configured with a ½-in. anvil, weighs 2.4 lbs, and is 4.6 in. long.

Cordless impact wrench
The IQV20 W5132 Impactool is a powerful cordless ⅜-in. impact wrench that delivers up to 50% more torque compared to similar tools. Available in a ½-in. drive configuration, it has 550 ft-lbs of nut-busting torque and 365 ft-lbs of max reverse torque. Technicians and operators can use the W5132 to quickly loosen and tighten a variety of fasteners with four accurate power and control settings. Each setting operates at maximum reverse torque so technicians don't need to switch settings to remove a stubborn fastener. The four power modes for forward control include max power, mid-power, wrench tight, and hand tight.

Permanent shaft seals
AM Solutions permanent shaft seals eliminate product leakage and contamination—reducing costs, downtime, and environmental concerns on processing equipment. These seals are the only zero friction, permanent shaft seals available that fully articulate to accommodate radial run-out, axial movement, and angular misalignment simultaneously. This patented technology uses Opti-Mizer throttle to create a positive purge on the shaft by directing small amounts of air, or inert gas, through a precision clearance, pressurizing the area between the throttle and shaft to form a non-contacting seal. The sealing medium is evenly dispersed to maintain concentricity for optimum equipment reliability.
Installation, alignment tool
Easy-Laser E720 is an all-in-one solution for correct machine installation and precision alignment of rotating machinery. For machine installations, the E720 measures base twist, straightness of piping, rolls and shafts, parallelism of surfaces, and flatness and levelness of machine foundations and bases. For shaft alignment, the E720 easily measures misalignment as well as any Soft Foot condition. E720 has built-in alignment tolerances and thermal growth compensation features. Pre-assembled brackets and wireless communication make setting up and using the system a breeze. Alignment data can be stored in the Easy-Laser E720 and printed directly as a PDF report or archived and managed from the free Easy-Link software included with the system.
3-D sight glass
The 3-D Luneta Sight Glass that features increased durability, clarity, usability, and chemical resistance compared to similar products. Sight Glass is made of Tritan—a high-performance, crystal-clear copolyester—that is stronger than traditional acrylic sight glasses and can withstand the toughest environmental conditions. The flat front surface has etched crosshairs that enable at-a-glance oil level checks without the possibility of the level marker fading or wearing off. Sight Glass provides a large, 360-degree viewing surface, with thin outer that allow users to receive an undistorted view of in-service oils, providing effortless oil level and visual inspections and allowing critical health conditions of the lubricant and machine to be detected.
Wind turbine maintenance system
SKF Enlight is a mobile and cloud-based system that helps operators document and manage wind turbine operation and maintenance tasks. With SKF Enlight, operators use the DataCollect app to collect turbine inspection data with any smart device, and then upload it to the SKF Cloud for 24/7 access and analysis. By helping operators improve inspections, make better maintenance decisions and cut costs, SKF Enlight supports SKF Life Cycle Management, an approach that can add value throughout the turbine life cycle. SKF Enlight helps wind turbine operations improve inspection efficiency, reduce costs, reduce risk, and make information and inspection data more accessible across service teams.
Grooved, rigid coupling
The Style 870 rigid coupling is a grooved mechanical solution designed for use on commercial and industrial saturated steam and condensate piping. Designed in accordance with ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, and ASME B31.9, the coupling eliminates the need to weld 2- to 8-in. steam piping with pressures up to 150 psi and temperatures up to 366 F. Installation of steam piping with Style 870 couplings can be completed up to five times faster than with traditional joining methods. Installation is also simplified—and safety greatly improved—by eliminating welding. Assembling the coupling does not require heat or flame, nor does it produce fumes, eliminating hazards to personnel and property.
