Work order resource scheduler
The Work Order Resource Schedule an innovative addition to Mapcon’s web-based CMMS. The application allows users to see exactly what work needs to be done, which employee will be doing it, and how many hours each repair will take. The resource scheduler makes scheduling work orders a breeze. Once the work order is created, it will automatically appear on the resource scheduler screen. Users can simply drag and drop the work order onto a weekly or daily calendar and it is scheduled. Work orders can be scheduled by craft, employee, crew, and shift—allowing managers to plan ahead and make sure they are completed in a timely manner.
