The 2012 Product of the Year Grand, Gold, Silver, and Bronze award winners are honored below and in the April 2013 print edition of Plant Engineering magazine.
Plant Engineering's 2012 Product of the Year program consisted of 15 categories with 46 winners. The awards were presented to the winners at the 2013 Engineering Awards in Manufacturing dinner hosted by both Plant Engineering and Control Engineering.
"This year’s finalists stretched across all areas where a plant manager’s influence is felt and knowledge is required," said Plant Engineering Content Manager Bob Vavra. "From motors and drives to maintenance and lighting, the things a plant manager must specify and purchase perform very different functions. They all have one common element: they must help the plant manager do the job better, smarter, safely and more efficiently. That has been the hallmark of Plant Engineering’s Product of the Year program for the past 25 years."
