Franz Gruber, FORCAM

Franz Gruber is the CEO and chairman of FORCAM, a technology vendor of Factory Framework Manufacturing Execution System. He founded FORCAM in 2001, and his company’s Transparent Factory product can measure and evaluate the real-time performance of industrial machinery and facilities globally, thus enabling companies to instantly identify and eliminate errors and waste. Gruber has worked diretly with automotive, defense and aerospace and medical devices discrete manufacturing industries. Within a decade of founding FORCAM, he strategically expanded company operations globally to the United Kingdom, Eastern Europe, and the United States.

                         

 

 

 

 

Meeta Kratz, Grainger

Meeta Kratz is the Senior Director of Customer Business Issues for Grainger. Kratz has spent more than eight years with the company and has held a variety of marketing positions across the organization all focused on driving more value to the Grainger customer. In her current role, she is responsible for developing and executing strategic programs that address core issues facing Grainger customers today, which include sustainability, inventory management, safety and emergency preparedness. Prior to Grainger, Kratz founded and owned The Art of Paper, LLC, a company that imported and designed handmade paper products. Kratz also worked for the electro-motive division of General Motors where she learned firsthand about heavy manufacturing environment.

 

 

 

 

Joey Stubbs, EtherCAT Technology Group

Joey Stubbs is the North American representative of the EtherCAT Technology Group. He is a registered Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional, and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Carolina, as well as several technical degrees. He has more than 20 years of industrial experience with a focus on process and motion control applications.
