  !GM restructures again, announces more job cuts
With sales down 16% and truck sales down 21%, General Motors announced another massive restructuring plan, this one designed to focus on fuel-efficient cars. GM will cut an indefinite number of jobs, eliminate health benefits for pensioners, suspend its dividend and borrow up to $3 billion.
