The 
U1230 Series handheld digital multimeters provide features that simplify everyday tasks even in dark and noisy conditions. In noisy environments, the U1230 Series enhances continuity measurements with a unique combination of alerts: loud beeps and a blinking backlight display. These DMMs provide noncontacting ac voltage detection, helping users safely detect and avoid hot wires, and alerting them with beeping/blinking alerts.
The U1230 Series are housed in compact, ergonomic cases; have an easily accessible control dial; and have a CAT III 600 V safety rating to better protect against arc blasts.
