Air nozzle

The Model 1108 SS Atto Super Air Nozzle has been engineered for precise blowoff with efficient, high-volume, high-velocity airflow. The nozzle measures only 0.5-in. with a diameter of only 0.16-in., permitting installation in tight spaces. High amplification of airflow and a strong blowing force of 2.0 oz are achieved with minimal air consumption of 2.5 SCFM at 80 PSIG. The airflow cannot be blocked, which meets the OSHA standard for dead-end pressure, 29 CFR 1910.242(b). Sound level is low at 58 dBA, which meets OSHA noise requirement 29 CFR 1910.95(a) and is CE compliant.

Compressed air filter

The Finite T-Series top-loading compressed air filters are designed to remove solid and liquid contaminants up to 99.995%, which allows for easy element replacement. The filter housings have been designed to make element replacement faster, reducing downtime and increasing production volumes. The loading filters are designed to protect internal components of a refrigerated dryer by removing compressor oil carryover, which can compromise a dryer’s operation. The Finite T-series meets OEM requirements and is ideal for usage in limited spaces and for mounting inside cabinets.

Nitrogen generators

The TNX Series of on-site nitrogen generators offers a revolutionary solution to the problem of increasing nitrogen production without having to make large upfront capital equipment expenditures. The expandable TNS Series gives companies the flexibility to buy the capacity they need today and easily increase that capacity as their nitrogen needs grow. The TNX Series has been designed with features that provide a combination of innovation and practicality, including a small footprint that maximizes efficiency while minimizing space needs and a high visibility control panel that allows for easy and clear system monitoring.
