Field test instruments

The CalMaster 2 suite of electromagnetic flowmeter test instruments comprises two stand-alone electronic test instruments. The tool verifies calibration to within ±1% while the magmeter remains in operation. A 15-minute test covers the primary sensor, transmitter and connected shielded cable, offering traceability to NIST calibration with a printed certificate. It stores up to 100 tests; does not require a connected PC for checking calibrations in the field; and offers an instant “pass/fail” indication via a programmable display. The tool is designed primarily for new installations, and allows users to provide printed proof that tested flowmeter components have been installed and connected properly.
