Switch unit

The Rotation Switch series uses a rotating vane as a sensor to detect the level of dust or powdered material. A brushless synchronous motor turns the vane, and the unit is designed for powdered materials with densities greater than 100 g/l or 6 pound/foot3. Applications include plastics, building materials, food processing, pulp and paper, chemical processing and metal production. The ATEX and FM approved switches feature a friction clutch, aluminum-coated enclosures and a Teflon coated, high-grade slide bearing.
