UGL Unicco completes name, Website changes

-- Plant Engineering, 3/15/2008

UNICCO Service Company, a subsidiary of United Group Limited (UGL), has changed its name to UGL Unicco. The company’s Website is now at www.UGL-Unicco.com.

“Introducing UGL Unicco only a few months after we acquired the company demonstrates the commitment of our group to early and complete integration of Unicco into the UGL family of companies,” said United Group Managing Director and CEO Richard Leupen. “We are already seeing many of the benefits that were expected from the acquisition of Unicco and are off to a good start.”

“United Group has moved quickly to leverage our facilities management expertise,” said UGL Unicco President George Keches. “At the same time, UGL Unicco is utilizing United Group’s capabilities to offer innovative facilities management services to our customers.”
