The GEMCO 953S Series VMAX linear displacement transducer provides absolute continuous position feedback under extreme conditions such as shock, vibration, extreme temperatures or exposure to contaminants. The transducer is shock resistant to 1,000 Gs and vibration-resistant to 30 Gs, and it is IP68-rated. The digital LDT overcomes the resolution and signal limitations of analog LDTs by offering up to 1-micron resolution and a stable position feedback for cable runs up to 1,200 feet from the host controller.
