Comprising a bank of evenly spaced tubes that provide instantaneous steam, the nozzle-free, multiple-tube steam dispersion humidification system is very compact, facilitating its installation inside either existing duct systems or inside air handlers. The steam dispersion devices use hole-forming technology to extract condensate-free steam from the center of the tubes. Units can be custom-designed in a range of sizes, allowing variable tube spacing and numbers of holes per tube. Short absorption distances are possible because of the design and counter flow steam injection. The system is manufactured with welded stainless steel to reduce maintenance needs.
