Split-system heat pump

The Luxaire Acclimate HL8B series 18 SEER split-system heat pump can be matched with energy-efficient, variable-speed air handlers for upflow, downflow and horizontal applications to provide a complete system. The design features a slotted inlet coil guard and polymer mesh to protect the coils from damage. An isolated compressor compartment houses a molded composite bulkhead to provide compressor protection. The bulkhead segregates the compressor from the rest of the unit.
