Coated basket element

The advanced clean element ACE-8 is a replacement basket element for rotary and regenerative air heaters. The element is designed to minimize deposition and corrosion in the heat transfer surfaces of air heaters. The unobstructed flow pattern reduces plugging from fly ash, ammonium bisulfate and other byproducts of the NOx reduction process. DuraShield coating is resistant to corrosion and fouling by ash and ammonium bisulfate and is designed to withstand the conditions encountered by steam-driven power generation.
