Outdoor enclosure filters
By Staff -- Plant Engineering, 10/15/2007
Cooling filters use ambient air to cool electronic components in outdoor enclosures. Their expanded polytetrafluoroethylene membrane technology allows cool, clean air to flow into the cabinet while it screens out contaminants at a 99% particle filtration efficiency at the 0.3-µm level, protecting sensitive electronics from extreme environments. The cooling filter meets IP55 and NEMA 3R requirements and has an anodized aluminium frame.
