Rotary continuous mixer

The Model 16-4SS sanitary rotary continuous mixer blends ingredients in ratios as small as one part per million regardless of disparities in bulk density, particle size or flow characteristics. It has a capacity range of 85-cubic feet/hour at one-minute residence time to 42-cubic feet/hour at two-minute residence time. The mixer’s 16inch x 4-foot cylinder features a 0.5-hp drive motor, and the drum angle is adjustable from 0 to 12 degrees. Material contact surfaces are made of 316-stainless, but 304-stainless, carbon steel and other materials are available.
