Dream It. Do It. videos focus on career motivation

A series of new videos at www.dreamit-doit.com feature young plant engineers and manufacturing workers talking about their career goals and motivations for choosing manufacturing careers.
The videos include young men and women with careers in brewing, winemaking, bioprocessing, aerospace engineering and discrete manufacturing. Among those featured is Ray Conner, who was written about in a July 2005 story in PLANT ENGINEERING magazine, which discussed Kansas City’s Dream It. Do It. program.
The videos feature workers discussing manufacturing experiences and their hopes for the future.
