The Airplus machine can produce ½-inch wave cells or ¾-inch quilt cells at a speed of 30 FPM using ambient air. On-demand production frees warehouse space. A 30-pound roll of 13-inch film produces a full 12-inch web, which is perforated every 6 inches, yielding 95 cubic feet of quilt cushioning or 75 cubic feet of wave cushioning. Both products can be run on standard Storopack Excel machines with minor setting adjustments.
