KB 88 The Ultimate Penetrant is formulated to attack and release rusted and corroded nuts, bolts, hinges and other frozen components. It offers a high solvency, a surface tension of 25.5 dynes/cm and has a flash point of 151 F. The penetrant meets many local, state and Federal VOC regulations, including those of the California Air Resources Board and is available in a 16-ounce aerosol, 1 and 5-gallon containers and a 55-gallon drum.
