Siemens Automation Summit is June 6-8

The Siemens Automation Summit, Siemens Energy & Automation's 2006 Users Conference, has expanded its scope to join multiple Siemens automation business units distributed control systems, manufacturing execution systems, discrete automation and production machines into a single event.

The new event allows attendees to exchange information, network with their peers, attend educational seminars, and interact with partners and Siemens management. The 2006 Siemens Automation Summit will be held June 6 through June 8 at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, Nev.

The 2006 Siemens Automation Summit will feature presentations from industry experts and analysts, and "best practice" customer case histories, which detail the continuing benefits of Siemens products.

"The 2006 Siemens Automation Summit will provide attendees with excellent learning experiences, networking opportunities and technology innovations showcased through automation solutions that will enable our customers to better respond to issues affecting their business, and ultimately, their bottom line," said Aubert Martin, president and CEO, Siemens Energy & Automation, Inc.
