Gas analyzer reduces maintenance expense

Staff -- Plant Engineering, 11/1/2005

OxyTrak 411 flue gas oxygen analyzer is self-calibrating and requires no reference air. It uses a miniature zirconium-oxide sensor with a sealed internal reference to determine flue gas oxygen content, even with rapidly changing process conditions. Eliminating the reference air piping greatly simplifies (and reduces the cost of) system installation, while the self-calibrating operation reduces ongoing maintenance expense.
