Facility training assists engineers with fire safety

The Facility Assurance Containment Team program has been expanded to help engineers manage penetration on fire-related assemblies in their buildings. It provides a management plan for fire-rated floors and walls and firestopping training and education for employees and contactors over the life of the facility. The program has three components and helps engineers maintain compliance with codes and standards. Hilti: www.us.hilti.com
