Hot gas reheat

Hot gas reheat with direct digital dehumidification controls can be added to an entire IntelliPak HVAC rooftop line. The hot gas reheat feature uses native energy from An IntelliPak rooftop unit to provide comfortable space temperatures while reducing relative humidity levels. It also complies with the ASHRAE 90.1 guidelines that limit the amount of new energy allowable for dehumidification using reheat. Direct digital controls coordinate cooling and heating functions, and hot gas reheat during dehumidification cycles over a wide operating and ambient temperature range, in either constant volume or variable air volume (VAV) applications. The controller also provides reheat capacity control, occupied, unoccupied, disable functions, humidity set point control, and system protection features. Hot gas reheat with direct digital controls is currently available to order on rooftop units in the 40- to 130-ton range. Twenty-, 25-, and 30-ton units will be available for order with hot gas reheat and dehumidification controls in July 2005.

Air circulators

Heavy-duty air circulators come standard with highly polished cast aluminum airfoil propellers. These propellers provide high efficiency, low noise levels, self-cleaning due to the highly polished surface, and an ideal air velocity profile for circulating and cooling. Available motors include 3 speed, Z\c HP, 115 volt, either oscillating or non-oscillating; and, single speed, 3 phase, 1/3 HP explosion proof motors. A complete selection of mounting accessories is also available.

Cabinet cooling

Profile Series 43 panel mounted air conditioner is designed to cool the interior of electronic cabinets. The first in the new Profile line of NEMA 12 and 3R air conditioners is 43 inches high by 17 inches wide by 9 inches deep with a capacity of 6,000 BTU/hr, and is ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. Engineered to be mounted either outside or inside of an enclosure, the air conditioners are the first models to offer this degree of flexibility. The series will eventually consist of six air conditioners ranging in heights from 17 to 52 inches and capacities from 1,500 to 12,000 BTU/hr.
