Welding cleanup

Scotch-Brite Radial Bristle disks and brushes are tough plastic, rotary tools embedded with sharp Cubitron abrasive grain. They can be used for cleaning metal prior to welding, removing discoloration and sealant, and deburring without damaging the underlying surface. The lightweight bristle brush lasts longer than most abrasives while providing the same cut and finish throughout the life of the product. This reduces changeovers, increases productivity, enhances the finishing process, and reduces labor and downtime.

Don't lose tools

Tools have sometimes been mistakenly left in machines after maintenance. The consequences can range from lost tools, to expensive and sometimes dangerous damage to a machine. The latter is called foreign object damage or FOD. Mobile Workcenter is a FOD cabinet. Foam inserts in the cabinet's drawers are cut to fit profiles of individual tools. The inserts reduce FOD and tool loss by making it obvious when tools are missing.

Dual-purpose pump calibrates

Model PHP pneumatic hand pump is a source of pressure and vacuum. Mount an analog or digital pressure gauge to the top of the unit for a complete calibration system. The pump provides pressures up to 600 psi and vacuum down to -28.5 in. Hg. Higher pressures can be achieved easily and quickly with a minimum number of strokes due to the scissor action design. The pump is fitted with a fine adjustment valve for precise volume control.
