2003 Product of the Year Winners

The readers held all the decision-making power in the 2003 Product of the Year competition and cast their votes. After carefully reviewing 150 finalists in the November issue, they selected the 248 medium-strength threadlocker stick as the Grand Award winner (pictured below), and determined the Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners in each of our 15 categories. The winners are listed below.
Awards were presented February 23, 2004, at a black-tie reception during the National Plant Engineering & Facilities Management Show in Chicago.

Threadlocker stick doesn't drip
248 medium-strength threadlocker stick delivers proven performance, will not
leak or drip, and can easily be carried in a pocket or stored in a toolbox. The
stick can be used with all types of threaded metal fasteners, especially those
with diameters between ¼ in. and ¾ in., and is ideal for use on machine tools
and presses, pumps, compressors, mounting bolts, and gear boxes. Bolts assembled
with the threadlocker can be disassembled with hand tools.
