Heat exchanger care
Turnkey Service is a complete regasketing service for all brands of plate heat exchangers encompassing a technician's visit to the plant to remove the plates, crate and transport them to a service center, recondition and regasket plates to good-as-new level, ship and reinstall the plates, and hydro test onsite to verify the heat exchanger is operating properly.

Combustion monitor
Greenline 8000 is a portable combustion and emission analyzer that is perfect for most environmental monitoring purposes. This unit is capable of monitoring low-NOx and true NOx. Features included are: heated probe and sample line, built-in Peltier cooler, and built-in printer. Additional sensors are available for O2, CO, and SO2.

Boiler water sampler
Series 3100 Single Point Sample Conditioning Modules provide a versatile tool for lowering the temperature and pressure of single samples in boiler rooms. They are used to obtain grab samples of boiler water or steam and include a wide range of instruments for online analysis. Units can handle sample conditions up to 5000 psig and 1000 F.

Green boiler
LX Gas/Low NOx (less than 20 ppm at 3% O2) series of high or low-pressure steam boilers use less fuel than firetube boilers because their inservice efficiency is maximized by vertical water tube design, compact pressure vessel that minimizes heat loss, and 5-min. steam production from a cold start. The boiler uses the premix method of NOx control.
