Measure flow

A web site, fluidcomponents.com, is a comprehensive resource that offers extensive applications, product data, and guides to selection information about measuring fluid and gas mass flow and level. The site includes an online Application Evaluation Program, Applications Library, and FAQ Library. Troubleshooting is available via e-mail through E-Flow Tech Support.

Lined mag pump

Texel MEH Series, lined, magnetic-drive pumps provide leak-free and safe handling of high-purity fluids. Casing linings and all wetted parts are made of PVDF or ETFE to eliminate particulate shedding and ensure maximum service life. Compatible with C-flange motors, the pumps' close-coupled design eliminates motor alignment. Features include flows to 30 gpm and pressures to 71 psi.

Covered tubing

Insulated tubing, a cost effective alternative to field-installed insulation on small-diameter process lines, reduces heat loss and protects personnel. Jacketed tubing offers corrosion and mechanical protection in applications where insulation is not required. Available in sizes from 1/4 in. to 1/2 in. in 316/316L stainless steel and copper.

Constant flow valves

Constant Flow Valves provide ease of operation and maintain a constant flow when differential pressure is altered. All wetted components are made of thermoplastic and elastomeric materials. The valves enable users to preset a flow rate, with an accuracy of ± 6% full scale, using a hand wheel, which can be closed for bubble-tight shut off. Available in sizes from 1/2 in. to 4 in, in PVC and CPVC.

Rupture disks

URA Series rupture disks, with reverse acting design, can be used in liquid or gas systems at very high or low burst ratings. They are suitable for up to 95% of typical fluid system applications, which reduces inventory. Disks range in size from 1 in. to 8 in. and are available in 316 stainless steel, hastelloy, monel, inconel, and nickel.
