Hollow shaft mounting eliminates keys
TorqLOC is a compact, keyless, hollow shaft mounting system for speed reducers. Shaft clamping forces are located outside the gearbox, eliminating bearing preload. The gearbox does not slide axially since all forces are radial. Since the clamping collar is on one side, the gearbox can be mounted close to the machine. Seal and bushing enhance gearbox
Barrier seal system combines a V-ring face seal, grease-filled labyrinth, and rotating outer flinger to provide triple protection against contamination and oil seal damage. TorqTaper Plus tapered reducer shaft mounting is reversible, it can be mounted from either side of the gearbox. A stabilizer ring minimizes wobble and resists fretting corrosion. Coupling guard trims to fit

Drive has remote pitch control
Z-control on Amacoil/Uhring RG rolling ring linear drive assemblies permits remote, infinite pitch control without changing drive motor speed. This also reduces the risk of injury because adjustments can be made without going near the traversing assembly.
