EPA approves latest edition of water quality testing guide

The 20th edition of Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater has been approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Since 1905, Standard Methods has served as the industry guide for water quality testing of a wide variety of contaminants, including arsenic, biochemical oxygen demand, and organic compounds. More than 350 separate methods of water quality measurements used by water and wastewater industry scientists, analysts, and engineers are provided. Standard Methods can be ordered online at awwa.org, apha.org/media, or wef.org; or by calling 800-926-7337.
