Keeping dry compressed air dryI just read the article "Keeping dry compressed air dry" in the September issue, and I'm having a difficult time imagining how water can flow against 100 psi air to get inside the pipe. I would think that the condensed water on the outside of the pipe would be captured by the very dry air as it exits.
• The author states that this phenomenon has been proven by tests made on dry, compressed air. It is more pronounced at lower pressures. — The Editors
