Safety Congress & Expo moves to West Coast

The 90th annual Safety Congress & Expo 2002 runs October 4-11 in San Diego and features more than 200 educational sessions with many advanced level sessions. NFPA Conference to be held in Atlanta

The 2002 Fall Education Conference of the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) will take place November 16-20 at the Hyatt Regency-Atlanta. More than 40 hands-on career development seminars, including the latest techniques and technologies designed for fire protection and life safety professionals worldwide, will be presented. A two-day preconference seminar is planned on NFPA 5000 Building Construction and Safety Code, the first building code developed through an open consensus-based process that is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). October 25th is the deadline for advance registration, but those who register by September 27 will be eligible for a chance to win a trip for two to Las Vegas.
