E-mail option provides pictures

SIMATIC WinCC Messenger is an annotated e-mail option incorporating SCADA pictures and written messages. Based on the Windows 95/NT operating system, the option allows an operator to capture a runtime picture and add voice and handwritten comments using a microphone and pointing device. E-mail can then be sent to maintenance engineers from a remote location.
