Portable filtration unit uses common membranes

By Staff -- Plant Engineering, 1/1/2000

Pilot-scale membrane filtration plants can be fitted with any of three commonly used membranes: tubular, spiral, or ceramic. This flexibility makes them ideal for evaluating which element works best in a given application. Units can be customized for small-volume production requirements in continuous, semi-continuous, or batch operation. They are supplied with instrumentation to collect scale-up data easily and accurately.
