A tip of the hat to "Tips & Tricks"

The "Maintenance Tip & Tricks" tip about the inflatable plug for piping (PE, March 1999, p 67, File 5550) takes care of a problem I've been worrying about ever since I took over our plant's domestic sewage treatment system 5-mo ago. There is no way to isolate the sewage grinder from the inflow circuit. I could just imagine trying to perform an overhaul with no way to stop the perpetual flow.
