U-10 brake cleaner has a low VOC content and improves brake performance by removing brake fluid, dust, dirt, grease and oil without disassembling the brake unit. The VOC content of the cleaner is less than 10%, meeting the new California Air Resources Board regulations, which becomes effective on Jan. 1, 2009. Available in a 14-ounce aerosol can, the cleaner has a powerful jet spray, high solvency and evaporates quickly without leaving a residue.
