Airless metal sorter

The ProSort metal sorter uses a traditional conveyor belt and sensors to detect metals and 2-inch-wide electro-mechanical paddles to reject material. The sorter requires no air compressor and is available in sizes as large as 128 inches. The control circuit energizes the paddles and diverts the inappropriate metal away from the product stream. The paddles help displace metals without blowing fluff into the air and help reduce the levels of metal and dust in the air.
